My Mission & Goal -

I personally specialize in luxury water-front properties, unique real estate investment opportunities and the international market. I have put together a team of professionals and together we are able to provide you a full service, we handle all transactions including rentals, first home buyers, luxury homes, land & commercial opportunities, shopping centers, office buildings, all the way to mega investment opportunities.

In the Residential Arena, we specialize in Miami, Golden Beach, Williams Isle, Sunny Isles, Bal Harbor, Aventura, Fisher Island and Key Biscayne areas. We handle all price ranges; however, we do have a special division handling Multi-Million Dollar properties. We have recently started marketing the prestigious pre-construction project of St. Regis of Bal Harbor.

In the Commercial and Vacant Land categories we are working directly with the principals and as such have access to portfolios which are not listed on the market. Our land projects consist of a variety of opportunities at different phases of the zoning process.

The essence of our business is International and as such, this website will enable you to search for listings in 11 languages. Amongst my team and me we will able to serve your needs in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Hebrew. We have provider currency exchange information and world clock links for your convenience.
